A: Orders within the UAE and GCC are typically delivered within 2–5 business days. International orders usually arrive within 5–14 business days. Please note that these are estimated timelines and may be affected by external shipping delays.

Q: What are the shipping costs?
A: Standard shipping within the UAE is AED 14. Orders above AED 200 qualify for free shipping within the UAE. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Q: Are duties and taxes included in the price?
A: No. Import duties and taxes are not included at checkout and will be collected by the shipping service upon delivery. Please check with your country’s customs office to confirm any applicable charges.

A: If delivery is missed, the carrier will attempt redelivery. If not arranged within a few days, or if the package is refused, it will be returned to us. Please note that in such cases, shipping costs are not refundable.

A: You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To initiate the process, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing info@imassini.com. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with original packaging and tags attached.

A: Yes. We are unable to accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, altered, or returned without their original packaging or security tags. All items must be free from signs of wear, damage, and odor.

Q: How do I return an item?
A: Simply contact us at info@imassini.com. We will arrange a courier to collect the items from you.

Q: How are refunds processed?
A: Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Cash on Delivery payments:Refunded to your bank account.
  • Card payments:Refunded to your card within 7–15 business days.
     Please note that shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable. Only the cost of the item will be refunded.
