We hope you are in love with your order. If you’re not perfectly satisfied, you may request a return for your items within 7 days. Please note will need to be notified about your desire to return the items within 72 hours from the receipt of your order to initiate the process of returning your order and issuing the refund.

 

Our return policy is very simple, all you need to do is email us at info@imassini.com and let us know your inquiry. We will then immediately send you our courier to pick up the items. Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your order has been delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We are not able to refund items that appear to have been worn, or washed, are not in original condition, or have their security tag removed. Every aspect of the garment must be free from signs of wear and odor.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. We reserve the right to reject any return sent beyond the 7 days return period. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If the return does not meet the criteria, we will send the item(s) back to you. Note that taxes, customs, and initial shipping/delivery are not refundable, only the amount of the original piece will be refunded.

 

If your return is approved then the refund will be credited to the original form of payment used to make the purchase, and are processed as below:

·      For Cash on Delivery payments, refunds will be credited to your bank account

·      For Card Payments please allow 7 – 15 business days for the refund to show up on your statement.

 

If you receive an item that is damaged or not the product you ordered, please arrange for the return of the item to us using the Returns Process above. The item must be returned in the same condition you received it in within 7 days of receipt to qualify for a full refund. Where applicable, the refund will include the original order delivery charges, cash-handling fees, taxes, and any duties. Replacements may be available depending on stock. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please email us at info@imassini.com.

EXCHANGES

Unfortunately, we are unable to process exchanges in our system at this time. You will need to go through the normal return process and purchase the item you prefer. Please contact us first to make sure we have the correct items in stock.

CANCELLATION

You may cancel your order at any time before we ship it to you. Once you receive the shipping confirmation, it will no longer be possible to cancel your order. After the cancellation is complete, you will receive a full refund credited to your original payment method. To arrange for a cancellation, please email us at info@imassini.com.

 

FAQ

What do I do if I receive a faulty or incorrect item?

If, despite our quality checks, the product still has a slight defect or you receive it wrong, please contact within 24h our Customer Service at info@imassini.com. Don’t forget to send a picture of the item or defect in question – this will help us solve your problem as efficiently as possible.

  

Can I change my order?

To edit or cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service at info@imassini.com within 6 hours from the placement of your order. Please note that no edit or cancellation requests can be approved if your order is already being prepared for shipment, even if sent within the 6-hour window.
