We ship within UAE and GCC. Standard order shipping time may take from 2 to 5 days, depending on the destination. Standard international shipping time, depending on the destination may take from 5 to 14 days. Our standard shipping cost is 14 AED and all orders over 200 AED will ship for free within United Arab Emirates.

MASSINI is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. Please ensure all shipping details are correct at the time of placing an order. We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect or incomplete information.

Import duties and taxes are not included in the price at check-out. These charges will be collected by the shipping service upon delivery.
Please check with your country’s customs office to determine these costs. 

In the rare event that your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us by mail, and we will assist you resolving the issue. Claims for lost or damaged goods must be supported by appropriate documentation, including photos of the damage.

What happens if you miss or refuse the delivery?

If the package cannot be delivered, the carrier will hold it for a few days and will request the Customer to arrange a new delivery. If a new delivery is not arranged within a couple of days the package will be returned to us. The same applies if the customer refuses the package. In such cases, shipping costs are not refunded.
